The First 512 GB Solid State Drive Was Launched By Toshiba

Toshiba extended the line of NAND-flash-based solid state drives (SSD) with a 2.5-inch SSD of 512 GB and a series of fast SSDs made with 43 nm Multi-Level Cell NAND.
